During the rebuild, UTSI Tech fully disassembled the machine, meticulously cleaned each component, and inspected all parts for wear and damage. Worn components were replaced with new, high-quality parts to ensure long-lasting durability and reliability. Electrical and air systems were updated, with all necessary parts replaced or refurbished to meet the highest safety and operational standards.
Additionally, the castings were repainted, and any black oxide finishes were reapplied for corrosion resistance. UTSI Tech reassembled the VS 31-L to exact manufacturer specifications, followed by rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance.
