Side Belt Case Taping System
The Easy Packer, driven by side belts, is a compact and reliable case taper designed for efficient packing and sealing. With minimal production and maintenance efforts required, it offers a speedy and cost-effective alternative to hand taping. Equipped with extended side rails, flap closing bars, and a 48” anvil packing station, it simplifies the packing process. Operating it is straightforward: manually fold the bottom flaps, fill the case on the anvil, then push down the top flap as the box enters the machine for sealing.
The Easy Packer allows for quick case changes with adjustable side rails and accommodates boxes 5” in length and larger. Its easy hand-tighten knobs and cranks facilitate on-the-fly adjustments. Utilizing Eastey’s Easy-Taper Quick-Load tape cartridges, it seals boxes as narrow as 4.0” wide and as low as 4.0” tall.
