Top Belt & Bottom Belt Case Taper
The TB-2 case taper is operator-friendly and perfect for sealing large runs of cases. It’s versatile, handling tall, narrow, and heavy cases up to 85 lbs without needing air. With four drive belts working together, it ensures consistent sealing. Its dual mast with twin lead screws enhances tape head stability, while adjustable side guides center each case. Top compression rollers stabilize and align over-filled cases. Maintenance is minimal, and it offers fast, efficient sealing, accommodating boxes 5” or larger. Easy adjustments with hand tighten knobs, and it uses Easy-Taper Quick-Load tape cartridges, sealing boxes as narrow as 6.0” wide and as low as 4.5” tall.
