Squid Ink’s CoPilot uses proven Xaar piezo technology to print up to .7” of hi-resolution characters, razor-sharp text, scannable bar codes, and crystal clear logos at 185 dpi. A 4.3″ full-color touchscreen provides access to the system’s internal messages and print functions. Messages are created and edited on Squid Ink’s easy-to-use Orion™ PC Software and transferred via Ethernet or USB device.

Industrial Design with User Flexibility
- Squid Ink's CoPilot Hi-Resolution Printing System is capable of running oil-based, solvent-based, or UV curable inks. This system prints up to 185DPI at 135ft/min on a variety of substrates and provides a darker print for increased scannability. For printing on non-porous surfaces like plastics, glass, stretch wrap, and metals, users have the option of utilizing Squid Ink’s solvent-based or UV curable CoPilot.
